Development strategy near the front line. How does the Kunyiv community live, develop, and how can it become an example for many rearguards?

A letter of thanks signed by the head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, was recently awarded to the next interlocutor of the Kharkiv Press Club program “Voice of the community”, the head of the Kunyiv military administration Serhiy Movchan.
“To the head of the Kunyiv military administration Serhiy Mykolayovych Movchan for his assistance and fruitful cooperation in providing assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, active civic position in the fight for the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, concern, patriotism and determination in supporting the defenders of our state.”
For what specifically - Serhiy Mykolayovych modestly does not say, but it is known that the relatively small front-line community of the Kharkiv region can become an example for other rear areas: a quarter of their budget here is directed to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
