Since the beginning of the war, Russian terrorists have been launching massive missile attacks on Ukraine's energy facilities. The attacks have damaged and destroyed more than half of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

However, the Ukrainian energy system has survived, but is operating with a minimal safety margin. Power grids and energy facilities need to be restored and modernized.

How will Ukraine enter the winter, which promises to be the most difficult since the beginning of the war? Will electricity imports from the EU and renewable energy save us? And why do we need cogeneration plants?
