The hostilities are not going to stop. Shelling of cities and killing of children are not going to stop. There is no exchange of prisoners “all for all”. But some people in Istanbul are “negotiating” something among themselves, pretending that this is a conversation about peace. As Dr. Goebbels used to say: “The little man likes to hide his insignificance behind complicated things...”.
