The fake story about there being no evidence of a Russian airstrike on a kindergarten in Kharkiv was launched immediately after the attack. The source was Russian security forces and their affiliated media, which claimed there was no kindergarten at the address where the attack occurred, and that the photos and videos of the aftermath were staged.
