At the G20 Foreign Ministers' Summit, the official protocol photo is canceled because of Lavrov. Several ministers refused to stand with him in the group photo. The ministers consult regarding Putin's December visit at Trump's invitation: 'How about we just use Photoshop? The Russians are used to living in an alternative reality anyway…'
And while in the diplomatic sphere the Kremlin evokes only a desire to stay far away, in their own information space they continue to produce cheap sci-fi action movies. The next IPSO, which is being massively spread across the network, has surpassed even Lavrov in its absurdity…"
Summary of Other Weekly IPSOs (Briefs)
The "First Stalinist" in Kharkiv: Russian media hysterically claimed that Ukraine is "de-communizing Bogdan Khmelnytsky," branding the 17th-century hetman a "Stalinist." In reality, Kharkiv simply renamed Bogdan Khmelnytsky Boulevard to "Omega" Boulevard (honoring a National Guard unit) to eliminate navigation confusion, as a central street with the same name already existed.
TCK with Tranquilizer Guns: A wild fake claiming military commissars in Kharkiv are hunting citizens with tranquilizer-laced shotguns was spread to frame mobilization as a safari and undermine recruitment.
Fake Prisoner Escape: Russian channels spun a Hollywood-style thriller about armed Russian POWs escaping custody and shooting up a military law enforcement vehicle near Starovirivka. The Military Law Enforcement Service officially debunked this nonsense, noting all units operate normally.
From "Dafi" Mall to Dnipro: Russian state media praised a "precision strike on a military depot" in Kharkiv after a drone damaged the roof of the civil "Dafi" shopping mall (injuring 4). Simultaneously, after a brutal strike killed 14 civilians at the Dnipro railway station, Russian channels quickly flipped their narrative from open celebration to blaming "Ukrainian air defense".
Polish "Coup d'État": Right-wing media framed a legal deadlock in Poland's Constitutional Tribunal (triggered by President Nawrocki ignoring new judges' oaths and old leadership blocking the 2027 budget) as a "dictatorship and coup" by Donald Tusk.
Bucha Whitewashing: The Kremlin launched a new wave of "independent audits" using marionette tribunals and blocked propagandists like Chay Bose to rewrite the history of mass atrocities in Bucha and exhaust the global information space.
The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI), in cooperation with the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), exposed and documented a subversive network directly controlled by Russian intelligence services. Moscow is attempting to bring elements of war directly into the rear of European countries supporting Ukraine.
