The coming winter will probably be one of the most difficult since the beginning of the war. The enemy is targeting critical infrastructure, and the country is already experiencing long power outages. How is Rivne preparing for possible wartime emergencies to keep the city alive and support people during blackouts and prolonged heating outages?
Rivne became the first city in Ukraine to implement a project to build "Stability Points" consisting of modular houses.
Journalists from 11 regions visited one of these modular towns during a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club.
