Look at what contradictory information has spread around the world media! A new plan to end the war in Ukraine is being secretly developed by the US and Russia, consisting of 28 points. Moreover, this is happening without the participation of Ukraine and Europe. Meanwhile, high-ranking Pentagon officials have arrived in Kyiv to discuss peace talks.
What would this mean?
If we recall that Mr. Witkoff comes up with the topic of negotiations when supporters of ending the war on the terms of the Russian Federation are gaining ground. But Secretary of State Rubio comes to the fore when we are waiting for a fairly harsh punishment of the aggressor country for the war imposed on almost the entire civilized world.
