How Chortkiv restored a sense of home to those who lost their homes

The most ambitious project that the Chortkiv city authorities managed to implement during the war was to modernize an old dormitory with the latest energy-saving technologies and create a modern residential complex with 44 apartments for internally displaced persons.

This was almost impossible for a small town under martial law and an extremely limited budget. But months of tireless and persistent search for donors and international investment, as well as participation in European projects, finally succeeded.

How did Chortkiv return a sense of home to those who lost it because of the war? Journalists from 10 regions of Ukraine learned about this during a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club.
