How, despite the war and enemy shelling, does the Zmiiv community of the Kharkiv region counteract humanitarian and military challenges, live and develop?
In the next issue of the Kharkiv Press Club program “Voice of the community. Local self-government in wartime,” the well-known journalist Oleksandr Shvets summarizes the results of the past year with Pavel Golodnikov, head of the Zmiiv territorial community.
Each community in the Kharkiv region is special. Zmiiv region was distinguished by a relatively large number of displaced persons during the war. According to Pavel Golodnikov, more than 18 thousand displaced persons from combat zones settled in the Zmiiv region.
