Zolochiv territorial community has been under constant shelling by the Russian army since its full-scale invasion. More than thousand houses have been destroyed by the Russian shelling. More than a hundred residents, including children, were killed.
The chief nurse of the hospital, Olha Borokh, recalls with horror that Zolochiv was shelled almost every day and the medical establishment where she had worked for almost 50 years was the target for the Russian occupiers. A lot of mines and shells hit next to the hospital. All the windows and doors were blown. The dental department and the centralized stabilization laboratory were damaged. Ilona Butova, the director of the medical establishment, recalls how S-300s flew into the therapeutic and children's wards. Everything was completely ruined. The blast wave raised and put the building of the hospital down, smashed all the windows... Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the rashists do not stop systematic attacks on healthcare establishments, which is a war crime without a statute of limitations.
