In the Kharkiv region, Russian invaders massacred not only people but also animals. On a farm in the village of Mala Rohan, more than 70 cows were killed by their actions, and in the village of Shestakove - more than 2,000! The largest dairy in Kharkiv region, located 20 kilometers from the border, was shelled by Russians from the first days of the war with Grad rockets, mortars, and bombed from airplanes. Some bodies are still buried under the rubble.
Employees of the enterprise also became victims of Russian attacks. Lyubov Zlobina, the owner of a farm in Mala Rohana, told how many cows, calves, and pigs were burned alive in the fire that the invaders started on the farm. Even then, everyone realized that the occupiers were killing not only people but also defenseless animals with inhuman cruelty. During the occupation, the farm burned seven times. At first, four animals died, but their deaths saved the lives of the inhabitants, because people had nothing to eat. The occupiers did not let the residents out of the siege. Those who tried to escape were shot. The farmers gave away the milk they milked by hand for free, because the occupiers also destroyed the milking machines. At the end of the occupation, the invaders, realizing that they would soon be crushed, set fire to the farm. The workers and owners tried to save at least some of the animals at the risk of their lives, but most of them burned alive. And there were only little moms with piglets and calves... People tried to save at least some of them. During the occupation, most of the workers left the village under fear of death. And when the Ukrainian Armed Forces drove the Russians out, everyone saw the terrible traces of their stay: in addition to mines, shells and bottles, there were cows that had starved to death tied to their manger. The invaders did not feed them or untie them. What a senseless and deliberate hatred of all living things?!
